Yanruilin SCX-140 is a vertical dual station forming equipment designed for medium pipe diameters of 35-140mm. It is compatible with 0.2-3.5mm wall thickness pipe fittings and supports processes such as single/double clamping, ring pressing, and contour expansion and contraction. It can efficiently process parts in 12-35 seconds per piece and has Swiss process grade scratch free forming. The hourly production capacity of a single machine can reach more than 300 pieces. 

The equipment adopts servo drive and precision mold group, with a forming accuracy of ≤± 0.02mm; dual station parallel processing is suitable for mass production, with reserved mechanical arm interfaces for connecting to automated production lines, and a reasonable volume of 1.9 × 2.0 × 1.8m takes into account the flexibility of workshop layout.
